Service Description
If getting down to the ground and back up again is painful or just currently out of your wheelhouse, but you want the benefits of a yoga practice, then this class is for you! Don't underestimate chair yoga though! You will still get the benefits of moving your body including a good stretch, improved mobility, and strength building. The chair acts as a prop, bringing the floor closer, or aiding in balance as we move through a traditional yoga flow. Beginners and regular practitioners alike are welcome to join this class. We will focus on the basics of yoga with the support of a chair. A chair will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own mat and props. A limited number will be available on a first come, first served basis should you need to borrow any.
